Preview of things to come

Lately, God has put me in a lot a spiritual warfare. That’s the funny thing about God; sometimes He gives you the exact opposite of what you want because what you need contradicts your desires. The purpose of warfare is to defeat the enemy and take what is rightfully ours or to claim something that should belong to us. Having said that, the warfare God had allowed me to go through has yielded some amazing breakthrough and some clarification on some revelation from the past. Stay tuned as we explore these and get a bigger picture of what God wants for us. Be blessed.

Recovering the natural state of Man

Have you ever noticed that any time someone has surgery, or gets over a sickness or injury, that process is called “recovery”. At that point, your body is attempting to “recover” its health, or it’s natural state of being.

God has put in your body a natural desire to return to it’s original state. As Chris Gore said at Convergence Church this last Sunday, July 14 “when you get a cut on your arm, you don’t have to tell your body to start healing, your body naturally starts doing so(paraphrased)”.

The same can be said of emotional and spiritual healing. Part of what Jesus did on the cross was destroy the power of sin and connect us with God, but also what He did was start man on the path to recovery to his original state of being, the state of being Adam was before the fall. In Genesis 1:27 it says God created them in His own image, male and female. God’s image is perfect, without sin or blemish, and beautiful. Since we were created in His very same image, it can be said so were Adam and Eve. When Man fell, it threw the while world in turmoil.

Genesis 3:17 says “…cursed is the ground for your sake…”. The Earth itself was cursed by sin. But when Jesus removed sin’s power, He gave us authority over the curse and started the natural healing process in our spirit. He came into us and began acting as a sort of spiritual immune system, fighting off sin and keeping it from getting us sick again. The farther we go through deliverance and the closer we get to God, the closer we become to the state of being Man was intended to be in.

The wonderful thing is that it is a process and we are dependent on God to take us through it, therefore showing and revealing a deeper knowledge and revelation of His love for us. Be blessed on your journey and process in Jesus name.

You are worthy and powerful in God

You are indeed worthy. You are called joint-heirs with Christ. God has raised you up to sit in heavenly places alongside Jesus at the right hand of power. You have been pardoned of will iniquity and cleansed of all sin! You have been called to be righteous before the foundation of time! He has crowned you with glory and honor and given you dominion over the works of His hands and bestowed gladly His kingdom and authority on you! Walk in power and boldness children of God! Be blessed and joyful. In Jesus name!!

Once saved always saved: the agape love Jesus paid for

Romans 8:38-39 WEB

“For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

This is, by definition, agape(or unconditional or everlasting) love. Because God is love, and God is everlasting, His love for is the same as well as our salvation. Do not be deceived by the lies of the enemy that say you have into sin and are not loved by God, but believe the truth of God’s word that says you are ‘pardoned from all iniquity’ and that you were ‘cleansed of all sin’ when you repented and that your sin is not only forgiven but forgotten by God.

Live in His truth, not some damning theology the enemy has crafted out of the mouths of vulnerable men and hearts. Live and proclaim His truth and rejoice that His spirit makes intercession for you according to God. You are beloved, do not forget.

Rejoice in your Father’s love and your righteousness

Believe that the Father wants to bless you, to comfort you, to heal you, to raise you to high places and let you want for nothing. He desires to see His children happy and rejoices in our praise.

You are not a ‘fallen sinner forgiven by grace’, you are a righteous and holy child of God whose sins have been both forgiven and forgotten and you are an heir to the kingdom of God and welcome to sit with Jesus at the Throne. You are beloved and the apple of His eye and fulfillment of His promise. You are redeemed and given authority and dominion over the works of His hands. You have been crowned with glory and made an entirely new creation from the inside out in His image.

He waits for you and when you return to Him He does not scold but sees and recognizes you from far off and runs to you and kisses you and puts His arms around you. He protects you by routing your enemies and calming the storm.

You are indeed worthy, and you have been called to be righteous before the foundation of time. Rejoice in your righteousness and holiness and dance for the fact that your sins have not only been forgiven but forgotten. In Jesus’ name, amen

Fear not and rejoice in the Lord

There’s a reason the Bible says ‘fear not’ 110 times. Any fear, except that of God, sin. To fear something is to give power over you, which is directly in violation of ‘you shall have no other gods before me’. Not only that, but beside Jesus lives within us, He and God are the same, God is love itself, and perfect love casts out fear, you have absolutely no reason or excuse to be afraid EVER if you truly walk in faith with God

Walking by faith and Co-laboring with God

Walk by faith and know that God is faithful. Know that He is and already has made the provision. Know that it is not God’s will to curse you but bless you. Know that by walking in faith and walking by the spirit that we are Co-laborers with God in His purpose and process.

But be cautious, by walking in sin and walking through the flesh we become Co-laborers with the curse of sin and the curse of the law, for we allow it in our lives. Rejoice that we are in covenant with God through Jesus and His promise to Abraham.

For the lord is faithful and He is the same today as He was yesterday. In Jesus name, amen
